An introduction to our Colleague Resource Groups

Adhering to the highest social, environmental and ethical standards includes treating everyone with equal dignity and respect and giving our colleagues a voice to champion positive change.

We celebrate diversity as part of our core values – aim for greatness, value every voice and own your actions – and are making a difference together through our Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs).

Spectrum – supporting the LGBTQ+ community

Centered around our LGBTQ+ and ally community, Spectrum is focused on making company policies and our colleagues’ work environments more inclusive, by providing support, networking opportunities and activities to raise awareness of issues facing the LGBTQ+ community.

We are committed to being an employer of choice for LGBTQ+ talent and work closely with our executive sponsor, Julie Wilson - Chief People Officer, our global Spectrum and ally leads and our local chapters to create a more inclusive workplace and celebrate LGBTQ+ history and pride among all colleagues.

Element – raising environmental awareness

One of our newest CRGs, Element was launched on Earth Day this year as part of our commitment to become carbon neutral by 2024 and is dedicated to specific environment and climate change initiatives championed by our colleagues and customers. Guided by executive sponsor Stefano Maestri - Chief Technology Officer, and a dedicated group of global and chapter leads, we aim to be an eco-forward organization that works with our customers to innovate for a "greener" future.

MilitaryVeterans@Clarivate – supporting our colleagues with military backgrounds

Through our newest CRG, MilitaryVeterans@Clarivate, we bring together colleagues with military backgrounds, supporting them and their family members around their unique issues and challenges. Sponsored by Mike Morhardt - Executive Vice President, we deliver a range of activities to foster career growth, create support networks and build relationships in the community.

Women@Clarivate – cultivating an environment in which women flourish

Our Women@Clarivate group works to create opportunities for colleagues identifying as female, and their allies, through a sense of community, social interaction, networking and professional development. They strive to uplift our colleagues by enabling support networks and providing opportunities for women in senior roles to connect and act as role models for our junior female colleagues.

Clarivate Volunteer Network – making a positive impact together

Volunteering at Clarivate is more than working for a community or a cause - it aligns with our purpose, mission, vision and values. We offer all colleagues five days of paid volunteering time off (VTO) each year to share their time and talent for positive, lasting and meaningful community impact.
